How do I place an order?

All orders are placed through our website.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are anytime between 9am and 2pm. There are some exceptions to this but all orders are generally delivered by 5pm.

Please note that delivery windows are wider on big occasions such as Mothers Day, Christmas etc..

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently we only delivery within Sydney Metropolitan. Excluding Northern Beaches, Wollongong, Picton and beyond.

Can I make any changes to my order details after it has been placed?

We accept any changes to addresses, delivery dates, messages and products, if we are provided with 24 hours notice via email (hello@high-time.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.

Can I Cancel or Refund my order?

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if we are provided with 48 hours notice via email (hello@high-time.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.

Do you do bulk or customer orders?

Yes we do! reach out to us via email at hello@high-time.com.au.

Can I send a High-Time anonymously?

Definitely! we do not disclose any billing information with the recipient.

Are your High Tea’s Halal or Kosher?

Yes. All of our ingredients used are kosher and halal certified

What happens if the recipient of my High Tea is not home?

Our delivery drivers will try and leave the high tea in a safe place in front of the home. If they are unable to do so, they will try to contact the receiver through a phone call. If there is no safe place to leave the High Tea and the receiver is not able to be contacted, the High Tea will be returned to our Warehouse and you will be refunded 50% of your order, and charged 50%. It is the customers responsibility to guide us and ensure the High Tea can be delivered to a physical address or left in a safe place.

What happens if i accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery?

If the address inputted during ordering is a physical address in Sydney Metro - the High Tea will be delivered to this address. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address. If the address is not a physical address, a member of our team will call or email you to confirm the address.

We use 3rd party contractors who are allocated deliveries for certain areas and will only deliver to those areas. If you have put in the incorrect address that needs to be redirected due to a customer error on the day of delivery a fee will be charged that will need to be paid prior to the order being delivered. If an incorrect address is added, and the delivery driver cannot deliver the order - the High Tea will be returned to the warehouse and 50% will be charged of the order. The reaming 50% will be refunded.
